Terms and Conditions

By accepting the booking you agree to abide and understand the following:

  1. THE type of car ( eg Mercedes saloon ) on the booking form and as advertised is only a guideline and not guaranteed. ACS reserve the right to send any suitable licensed taxi
  2. THE amount of time required to reach your destination is the customer’s responsibility. We do advise on pick up time but cannot be held responsible if something beyond our control delays arrival . Any costs incurred as a result of such an event will be the customers liability.
  3. In the unlikely event that ACS make a mistake and, as a direct result of this, you miss your flight / train etc., we will refund you the full amount of the taxi fare but we will not be liable for any other costs incurred
  4. When picking up from any airport . ACS will enter the car park to meet you 30 minutes after landing. After 45 minutes ACS – will be charging waiting time of £7 every 15 minutes
  5. If you are booking a car to pick you up from outside the 15 mile radius of Tunbridge Wells ( discretion of the owner / office ) The fare will have to be payed in advance – to serve as a deposit
  6. Online Bookings must be made 24 hours before time to guarantee a car.
  7. Cancellations for journeys can be made up to 24 hours before pick up / landing etc.
  8. Failure to cancel within 24 hours means a full 100% fee being charged
